- Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us.
- Google Workspace — hosts our email, where your messages are received and stored.
- Google Fonts — serves the typography used on the Site; loading fonts may transmit your IP address to Google.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — provides privacy-first, cookieless traffic measurement (aggregate page views and visits) without tracking or identifying individual visitors.
- Railway — hosts and serves the Site.
Cookies & Local Storage
The Site uses no advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. For traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors — it only reports aggregate figures such as page views and visits. We also use a small amount of your browser's local storage for essential, functional purposes only — for example, to remember that you've already seen a one-time on-screen hint. This information stays on your device. Because we set no tracking or marketing cookies, no cookie-consent banner is presented.
Data Retention
We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it may be deleted. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, email us at info@ameasuredforce.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
